Julie Tierney is the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs’s wedding sales manager and social event planner. She has 20 years of experience in hospitality. Through the years she has worked in all aspects of sales, coordination and food & beverage operations for the hotel.
Julie earned a degree in Communications from Ithaca College and came to Saratoga Springs to start a family with her husband. From the experience of planning her own wedding, Julie became determined to make the wedding planning process easy and enjoyable, while still encouraging couples to make their event a unique reflection of their love and commitment to each other.
Julie has strong communication skills and is passionate about customer service and building relationships. She works hard to ensure stress-free events with meticulous attention to details.Working directly with couples from their first visit to the hotel, through planning the menu and event details, to the last dance at the reception, she and her team provide a beautiful, memorable experience for the bride & groom and their guests.
